I've worked for Lloyds TSB before - can I reapply?

You can reapply as long as you have not:

All jobs listed on the website are current and open. Once a role has been closed it will be withdrawn from the ‘Job Search’ link and you will no longer be able to submit an application.

A number of our roles will involve a training period so it is essential that you are able to work for the duration of this period and for a specified period of time thereafter. Further details will be made available to you through the application process.

Before applying for a role you will be asked to state the basis of your right to work in the UK.

What is the recruitment process?

The recruitment process will vary depending on the role that you apply for and full details will be given to you at each stage.

For a large number of our roles, especially in Sales & Customer Service you will be asked to complete the on line application process outlined on this site which includes uploading your CV and completing a short situational questionnaire.

This may be followed by a telephone interview which is a great opportunity for you to hear more about the role, and for us to learn more about your skills and experience.

The next stage is usually an assessment centre which will include a group exercise, role play, numeric assessment and short interview. At this point you will also be asked to bring along some paperwork, such as proof of your right to work in the UK.

The final stage is our offer, referencing & vetting and on boarding process.

For senior or specialist roles the recruitment process may involve a number of face to face interviews.
