Assistant Manager, Group Marketing Finance

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Group Marketing Finance (GMF) team as we support Group Marketing through an extremely challenging period. The GMF team provide Business Partner support for the Group Marketing functional areas, and also monitor and report division-wide marketing spend. This is a great role providing an understanding of the breadth of the Group Marketing portfolio and the various different brand strategies as well as an opportunity to get closer to some of the activities supporting London 2012.

As this is a finance business partner role there will be a specific requirement to build and maintain good relationships with key customer contacts across Group Marketing. Strong analytical and communication skills are vital in providing valuable insight to support the business in key business decisions.

The job will give excellent exposure to some of the Group’s core financial systems (SAP R3, SAP BW and FPB&F) as these will be used on a daily basis. This will give the successful individual the ideal opportunity to develop key skills/knowledge for future placements within the Group.
