Mortgage Coordinator

Job Purpose
• To answer all incoming new customer calls in a professional manner and grow the business by selling mortgages.
• To use customer service skills and product knowledge to identify opportunities to promote associated products and services (insurances, mortgage protection) to customers and generate sales.
• To show excellence in the role by meeting performance targets/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and displaying effective behaviours towards customers and colleagues.
