Manager - FTE Forecasting

Job Profile
An exciting opportunity has been created within the UKRB Divisional Cost Management team. Being on a contract/secondment basis for a maximum of 18 months (minimum 12 months), the key purpose of the role is to manage all Retail Finance requirements in relation to Retail FTE planning and forecasting along with control of organisational designs (ODs) to ensure Retail division delivers on it's FTE commitments. The role will be based in Halifax.

The role exists within the wider UKRB Divisional Cost Management team based in Halifax and Bristol; the team's primary purpose is to provide cost & FTE insight to the Retail Finance Director and Retail Group Executive Director, exercising great cost control in order to ensure targets are met across Retail division.

The team works closely with stakeholders in Retail Reporting and Forecasting teams as well as with BU finance colleagues and teams within Retail Integration Finance, HR and Group Finance.

The role provides excellent exposure to the Retail resourcing story along with many new challenges in ensuring its delivery, as well as wide ranging contact with colleagues across Finance and HR.

The role requires a confident, well organised, disciplined self starter with a ‘can do’ approach, and the ability to be flexible as well as working to tight deadlines.
