Finance Business Manager

Personal Current Accounts (PCA) for LTSB covers c13milion current accounts with c£25Bn of balances; other products include Overdrafts, Added Value Accounts, Debit Card, Travel and International Payments.

The PCA Finance Team is split between Bristol and London – this role is based in London and will require close liaison with the PCA Business located in the same building. The team is headed up by Brett Hawes and consists of currently 3 FTE growing to 4 with this new role. The PCA Finance team consists of 13 FTE.
The candidate will...
1. Have a proven track record in providing comprehensive finance support to new customer and product development.
2. Be able to utilise best practice forecasting and financial modelling techniques to ensure robust business cases are developed and maintained.
3. Have the ability to distil and communicate key financials clearly within a business context to senior management.
4. Demonstrate strong negotiation and relationship skills working with key stakeholders and their finance team.
5. Be readily accessible to PCA senior management as required.
6. Ideally have a comprehensive understanding of the UK Financial Services market, relevant regulatory and accounting developments.
