Balance Build Channel Analyst - Credit Cards

JOB PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND

Credit cards is a highly competitive, innovative and fast moving industry and LBG has the largest market share in the UK. The role sits within the wider Credit Cards Account Management team which has responsibility for managing a wide range of areas for Customers already on the LBG portfolio.

This role is working within the Balance Build channel team to optimise Balance Transfer sales activity from the non DM channels – Telephony – Inbound, Outbound, Customer Services, Internet and stores. Recent government regulation has significantly changed the credit card balance transfer world this year and continues to do so. It makes it a particularly fascinating time; working through, implementing and re-forecasting for the industry wide changes. It is requiring closer working relations with Finance and Legal, greater data manipulation to understand the impacts and fast responses to implement changes. The role requires someone who reacts well to change and is excited by challenge and finding solutions.
