Senior Business Transformation Manager, Capability

A superb opportunity to join the General Insurance business in a well established Continuous Improvement programme driven by a very strong and diverse team. This is a high profile Master Black Belt role which will give you the opportunity to have a strong influence in the future deployment of LEAN Sigma Continuous Improvement capability across the business. You will be a high performing individual with very strong technical LEAN and Sigma skills and have a track record of delivering training and driving capability across organisations as well as a passion for improvement. You will be able to operate at both board level an on the front line. Ideally you will have a strong financial services background but if not some exceptionally strong capability building experience gained within strong and well recognised programmes.
