Product Analyst - Strategic Development (Mortgage Retention)

Overview
The Relationship Marketing function within Mortgages is accountable for all aspects of customer retention, back book income and pricing. It is responsible for interaction with our customer base via bespoke contact / customer relationship strategies and design of customer segment focused product propositions. The scope of these accountabilities extends across all LBG mortgage brands and customer / product segments.

Job Purpose
To be actively involved in the brand and retention strategies for existing mortgage customers across all LBG brands. The role offers an excellent opportunity for a suitable candidate to work in a multi brand / channel environment and to contribute to the future retention strategy of LBG via a deep understanding of customer and commercial needs.
