Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role will be to support the General Insurance Integration Programme working with key business functions to plan and deliver MI target operating model whilst supporting the programme of integration change in relation to MI changes. The role will require the successful candidate to manage changes to the operating model encompassing processes, systems and people whilst maintaining business service and control and achieving targeted cost savings. It is an opportunity to be part of the UK's biggest GI change programme. The role will form part of the Household Programme workstream which looks after Integrated focused changes in Strategic Change Management. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysis of Interfaces work stream which encompasses Release B / C transition states, downstream interfaces, remediation, and new business sweep.
