Business Analyst

Customer Strategy & Insight (CS&I) is in a unique position to deliver competitive advantage to Lloyds Banking Group; harnessing the commercial potential of our extensive consumer and customer data set, driving the voice of the customer into all key decision making forums.

CS&I is responsible for the Group's Customer Research, Analytics and Data Management - influencing all areas of the business, strategy, customer experience and marketing. To transform our consumer & customer insight capability and our marketing effectiveness capability into a source of competitive advantage, we will;

- Drive the voice of the customer into all key decision making forums
- Deliver more insight and less analysis by creating economies of scale & learning
- Expand best practice to drive a step change in the performance of our lead generation & DM activities and drive a more quantitative marketing capability

Within CS&I, the Business Analysis team delivers customer focused insight that contributes real added value to business strategy and decisions which have impact for our customers, our businesses, and the markets in which we operate.


Role Definition

To provide advanced analytical expertise so the Group can derive competitive advantage from data on its customers and deliver maximum value add to the business units supported.

Specifically, the high-calibre candidates will exploit their analytical expertise to produce bespoke insight and identify economies of scale and learning to enable Business Partners to influence decision making; whilst deploying excellent workload management skills in a fast paced and exciting role.
