BUSINESS ANALYST ROLE
Role Description
Purpose: The purpose of the role will vary according to the phase of the Finance Integration project:
• Design: Gather requirements and shape the design of Finance systems and processes to deliver short, medium or long term Finance integration solutions.
• Development: Develop the design of Finance integration solutions by resolving design issues, revisiting requirements and documenting the solution
• Implementation: Support delivery teams in the project implementation activity through testing, training and go-live support
• General: Ongoing engagement with key Finance stakeholders and other integration work-streams

Reports To: GFI (PM)
Job Holder Profile
Experience: Previous experience of systems or process development within the LBG. Experience of working in a Finance environment

Team working – Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
Uses information effectively – Good business analysis skills

Understand project life-cycle

Part qualified accountant (or similar) Understand project life-cycle and (LBG) project standards.
